Yes would have raised the wage employers pay tipped workers to the full state minimum over five years, after which employers could have pooled tips among all non management workers.
34%No kept the existing system, under which employers may pay a lower hourly wage but must make up any shortfall if wages plus tips do not reach the full minimum wage. It also kept the existing tip-pooling rules.
