An Act authorizing the department of fish and game to convey easements over certain parcels of land in the town of Bourne. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith, authorization for the department of fish and game to convey easements over certain parcels of land in the town of Bourne, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
