Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000.00) in the form of a grant, the HBS Leadership Fellow Grant, awarded by Harvard Business School to be administered by the Mayor's Office. The grant would fund the HBS Leadership Fellow position which will provide 1 year of support to the Mayor's Office.
